The tagline will be introduced on 29 June during an event on sustainable supply chain models. Among the guest speakers are Paul Polman and Bertrand Piccard.

FM Logistic will introduce its new tagline, “Supply Change”, in an event on sustainable supply chain models on Tuesday 29 June. The new tagline was created by FutureBrand, a brand consultancy. The previous one was: “the way of excellence between you and your clients”.

The new signature acknowledges that supply chains must transform to foster a more responsible consumption and sustainable economy. It also reflects FM Logistic’s commitment to contributing to that change. Finally, Supply Change speaks to the evolution of FM Logistic. Originally born as a trucking company in 1967, the family-owned business now provides omnichannel supply chain solutions to 60 percent of its customers.

“FM Logistic aims to become a reference partner in the field of sustainable, omnichannel supply chains. The double whammy of the pandemic and business disruption urges us to rethink the way supply chains work. They have to become more sustainable and cooperative, while meeting demands for solidity, resilience, speed and cost-efficiency. Our new signature, “Supply Change”, speaks to our commitment to working alongside our customers and business partners in this direction and to making a collective impact,” said FM Logistic’s CEO Jean-Christophe Machet.

The roll-out of the brand identity will happen in several phases. FM Logistic first presented it to some 1,800 of its directors and managers during a “Digital Management Week” (7-11 June).

On 29 June, the company will hold a physical and virtual event, “Supply Change Event”, between 9 and 11.30 am CET. Customers and business partners are invited to discuss whether “supply chains can enable fair and sustainable business models.”

Among the guest speakers are Paul Polman, the former CEO of Unilever, co-founder and chairman of Imagine, and Bertrand Piccard, the chairman of the Solar Impulse Foundation. They will be joined by five members of FM Logistic’s executive team, among whom Jean-Christophe Machet, CEO, and Béatrice Ogée, sales and marketing director.

The roll-out will also include ads on LinkedIn, the launch of a new website and the publication of a white paper.

Next to that, FM Logistic will present its business strategy to the press at the end of September 2021.
