Why participate?

Participating in the Faster Mind Challenge is an opportunity to present your ideas to the members of the Innovation and Human Resources departments of one of the world's largest logistics groups with 19,500 employees worldwide (China, Russia, Europe, Brazil ...).

Each member of the 5 teams who will succeed to stand out will have the chance to win many prizes.

If your idea is chosen, you will eventually have the chance to integrate the FM Logistic teams by landing an Internship, a Graduate Program or a job!

Present your project at the Innovation Day !

The team that will reach the first step of the podium will also have the privilege to present its project at the “Innovation Day” which will take place in September 2018 and during which many customers of FM Logistic will be present. Among its customers, FM Logistic includes major bands such as Nestlé, L'Oreal, Unilever, Clarins, Auchan and Samsung.

Your mission

It is up to you to overturn the current codes of transport, logistics or e-commerce by proposing a new business model, or presenting an innovative idea integrating one of the following three technologies: connected objects, 3D printing and the augmented reality.

Here are a few reflection points: according to you, how can the supply chain integrate connected objects to provide better services? How can they optimize the organization of work and /or teams? How can 3D printing revolutionize the supply chain? How could augmented reality improve the quality of services or the employees’ quality of work?

If your idea appeals to the FM Logistic experts, you will have the opportunity to work on the deepening/in-depth study of your project by integrating the company.

We encourage you to integrate complementary profiles in order to bring out the best ideas: innovation often results from the crossing of different skills and talents !

It is also possible to join an incomplete team in order to share your knowledge and put all chances on your side. In addition, you can exchange by video-conference and chat on the web: do not limit yourself geographically !
